Pork sausage, sweet stem broccoli, goat cheese, lemon and rosemary is a winning combination. This pizza is perfect for the whole family with the gluten-free base! INGREDIENTS: - 2 gluten free pizza base - 4 tbsp pizza sauce - 100g sweet stem broccoli - 1 tsp honey - 3 pork sausages - extra virgin avocado oil - 1 lemon, zest only - ¼ packet perfect pizza mix - 1 round of goat cheese - chilli flakes - a handful of rosemary METHOD: 1. Preheat oven to 220℃ 2. Blanch the sweet stem broccoli in salted water. Drain. Cut into thin long strips. 3. Spread the pizza sauce over the top of the pizza base. Place the cheese mix on the sauce, then top with broccoli, dots of sausage meat, goat cheese, drizzle of honey, rosemary, lemon zest and chilli flakes. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with avocado oil. 4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is lightly browned, the cheese is bubbly and the sausage is cooked. Serve immediately.
