Recipe: Hot and Spicy Ribs with Herb Crushed Potatoes

INGREDIENTS: - 500g potatoes, chopped - 1 tbsp beef marrow, melted - 1 tbsp garlic powder - 1 pack hot & spicy ribs - basil, chopped - Italian Parsley, chopped METHOD: 1. Par boil the potatoes, drain and place in a roasting pan along with the beef marrow and garlic powder. Smash them with a fork. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes at 210°C. 2. Place the ribs on an oven tray lined with greaseproof paper. Cook according to packet instructions. 3. To serve, cut the rack to separate the ribs and serve smoking hot with the potatoes.
