Brian co-founded Sweet Earth Foods with his wife and current CEO Kelly Swette in 2012 using $5 million of their own capital. Today the company has over 200 employees, hit over $25 million in revenue in 2016, and is stocked in 10,000 stores around the United States, including Whole Foods, Target, Walmart. Prior to founding Sweet Earth Foods, Brian spent over 35 years in management roles at global corporations, having held roles such as Global Chief Marketing Officer of PepsiCo, where he oversaw worldwide advertising, promotion, and product innovation efforts of all PepsiCo brands, and Chief Operating Officer of eBay, where he grew the company from 40 to 5,000 staff. In September 2017, Sweet Earth Foods was acquired by Nestlé USA for an undisclosed sum. He currently serves on the board of Shutterfly and Care.com, and also served as the Chairman of Burger King (a role he held for 11 years).
