A claim goes to the Waitangi Tribunal, aiming to end racism in the New Zealand justice system. Tim Morrison was charged with manslaughter despite proclaiming his innocence. A jury eventually agreed with him, but that wasn't the end for Tim. He's taking a claim to the Waitangi Tribunal to end get to the bottom of why Māori do worse in every facet of the justice system.
