Have left-over cream? Then make these cute hot chocolate shapes to impress the kids. Prep time: 10-15 mins (plus 1 hour in freezer) INGREDIENTS: - 300ml Anchor Cream - 1 tsp Heilala Vanilla - 2 tsp cocoa powder SERVE WITH: - Hot Chocolate EQUIPMENT: - Cookie cutters METHOD: 1. In a standalone mixer or bowl whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold in vanilla. 2. Spread whipped cream evenly in a baking tray lined with baking paper. 3. Dissolve cocoa powder in 1 tablespoon of hot water then swirl in the cream in a fun pattern. Freeze for at least an hour. 4.
