2019|02:00Under the turquoise waves lapping against the Israeli coast lies a wall that researchers say is the oldest evidence of an ancient civilization tackling a modern day problem - rising sea levels. The 100-meter seawall was built 7,000 years ago from boulders in what is now northern Israel, and its aquatic location shows the Neolithic builders were unable to halt the tide - as underwater archeologist Ehud Galili, from Haifa University, explains.
