Is Rosé made from red or white grapes? Al is back in the Hawke’s Bay with Constellation Brand’s winemaker, Brett Fullerton to talk all things Rosé and to get the fermentation process started. Hayden Smith from Sea Cleaners, a charity partner for Tipping Point, speaks to Al about the extent of waste and rubbish in our waterways ending up in our oceans. Sea cleaners have cleaned nearly 11 million litres of waste from our waterways. Hayden puts the responsibility on everyone to know that what we drop into our gutters and drains, ends up in the ocean.
