INGREDIENTS: - 2 lbs of Pork Ribs - 1 Tablespoon of cooking wine - 2 Tablespoons of soy sauce - 3 Tablespoons of sugar - 4 Tablespoons of rice vinegar - 5 Tablespoons of water - 2 star anise - 1 chopped scallion - 5 pieces of thinly sliced ginger METHOD: 1. Put ribs in a pot of cold water, bring to boil. Remove foam, then add scallion, ginger, and star amise.Lower heat and simmer for 50 minutes. 2.
