Hong Kong Secretary for the Civil Service Patrick Nip Tak-kuen spoke to the Post about the government's Covid-19 vaccination roll-out. With the number of shots administered in the city lower than government expectations, Nip says public confidence in the vaccines should be led by science, data and the example of other immunisation drives around the world.
