Earlier this week, Damon Albarn insinuated that modern musicians won’t be able to stand the test of time and discredited Taylor Swift as a songwriter. Despite his apology and acknowledgement of Swift’s songwriting abilities, there are several points in Albarn’s argument that I think are important to clear up.
